How do I start trading Hotcoin TradFi?
Log in to Hotcoin on the App or Web and go to the TradFi page. Select TradFi Spot or TradFi Futures, then choose a product to start trading. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to "How to Trade TradFi" on Hotcoin.
What are the trading hours for U.S. Stock products on Hotcoin TradFi? Are they affected by market holidays?
Trading hours and market closure arrangements differ between U.S. stock spot and futures products on Hotcoin TradFi. U.S. stock futures are perpetual futures and are available for trading without market closures, while U.S. stock spot products follow U.S. market trading hours and may have adjusted trading availability during U.S. market holidays. For specific trading hours and current trading status, please refer to the relevant trading page.
What happens to my TradFi futures positions during market closures?
When the underlying market is closed or its trading hours change, the affected TradFi Futures product enters Reduce-Only mode. You cannot open new positions during this period, but you can reduce or close existing positions.
Does trading TradFi mean I own the underlying stocks or other assets?
No. Hotcoin TradFi provides trading products linked to the prices of traditional financial assets. You do not directly purchase or own the underlying stocks or other assets.
What currency is used for TradFi trading and settlement?
Both TradFi Spot and TradFi Futures are denominated and settled in USDT. Before trading, transfer USDT to the appropriate trading account and make sure you have a sufficient balance.
