Copy Trading FAQ

1. Why did my copy trade fail?

Copy trading may fail for one of the following reasons:

• Insufficient available balance in your Futures Account
• The trader opens a position in a trading pair that is not included in your copy trading settings
• The maximum copy trading limit has been reached
• The resulting order size is less than 1 contract

For the specific reason, please refer to the relevant system notification.

2. Why can't I find a trader?

A trader may not appear in the trader list or search results for one of the following reasons:

• Copy trading paused: When a trader voluntarily pauses copy trading, they will no longer appear in the trader list or search results. Once copy trading is resumed, the trader will become visible and searchable again. Existing followers are not affected.
• Inactive trader: If a trader has no active copy trading positions and has not opened any copy trades within the past 30 days, the system may remove the trader from the trader list and search results.
• Rule violations: If a trader violates platform rules or engages in abnormal trading activities, the platform may hide the trader from public listings.

3. Can I modify my copy trading settings after I start following a trader?

Yes.

You can adjust your copy trading settings at any time from the copy trading management page.

Changes will apply to future copy trades. Whether existing positions are affected depends on the applicable product rules.

4. Where can I view my copy trading records?

You can view copy trading-related fund movements and transaction history in the Futures Account Financial Log.

5. Does copy trading guarantee profits?

No.

A trader's historical performance does not guarantee future results and should not be considered a promise of returns.
