Rules

• Red Packet rewards will be distributed directly to the streamer's livestream room.
• Rankings are based on the number of valid new followers gained during the campaign.
• Each user will only count as one valid new follower.
• Any fraudulent behavior, including fake followers or abnormal activity, will result in disqualification.
• If two streamers have the same number of new followers, the streamer with the longer cumulative qualifying livestream duration will rank higher.

2. Featured Highlights are selected based on content quality, viewer engagement, and overall performance.
3. Each streamer may participate with only one account. Fake engagement, idle streaming, data manipulation, or other fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
4. Participants found to have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior will be disqualified and forfeit any rewards.
5. Rewards will be calculated and distributed within 7 business days after the campaign ends.
6. Hotcoin reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this campaign.
