Announcement On The Trading Time Of SNCE During The Period Performing Limit-up and Limit-down Mechanism

    Hotcoin has been opened the top-up and withdrawal business of SNCE at 10:00 on 24th, August,2019（UTC+8）, we will also open the trading of SNCE/USDT trading pairs on mainboard at 14:00 on 24th, August ,2019（UTC+8）.

According to the decision of SNCE foundation and community, Hotcoin will innovated the trading rules of SNCE and introduce the Limit-up and Limit-down mechanism after three weeks (i.e.the date of 21th) of the trading opening, the Limit-up and Limit-down mechanism will be opened after 3 weeks with the specific trading rules as following:

1、From 24^th to 30^th,August,2019(UTC+8), 14:00——15:00; the Limit-up and Limit-down extent is 15%.

2、From 31th August to 6th,September,2019(UTC+8), 14:00——15:00;the Limit-up and Limit-down extent is 10%.

3、From 7th to 13th,September,2019(UTC+8), 14:00——15:00;the Limit-up and Limit-down extent is 5%.

4、From 14th,September,2019(UTC+8), the Limit-up and Limit-down mechanism will not be restricted anymore.

 Attention：During the period of limit-up& limit down merchanism is performing：The trading time will be 14:00——15:00 every day.
