Why has my withdrawal not arrived?

1. Withdrawal is still being processed
Log in to your personal account and click [Assets] - [Spot Account] - [Financial Journal] to view the withdrawal records. If the [Status] column shows that the transaction is "processing", please wait for the confirmation process to complete.

2. Withdrawal has been completed
If the [Status] column shows the transaction as "Completed", this indicates that funds have been successfully withdrawn. You can click [Transaction ID] to view transaction details. Please use the transaction ID to confirm with the receiving transaction platform or wallet.

Please make sure the receiving platform/wallet supports the token you withdraw and the network you use. If you are not sure, please check with the receiving platform/wallet before withdrawing, otherwise your assets may be lost and cannot be recovered
