1. How to download Hotcoin App?

Method 1: Scan the QR code on the official website to download the Hotcoin App

Click the download icon in the upper right corner of the Hotcoin official website, scan the QR code that appears with your mobile browser, click [Local Download] - [Normal Download] or [Download], and then follow the prompts to complete the download and installation.


You can also choose Google App Store or Huawei App Store to complete the download.

Note:
If you do not use a mobile browser to scan the code, you may need to click the icon in the upper right corner, select [Open in browser], then click [Local Download] to complete the download and installation as required.


Method 2: Download Hotcoin App through the link

You can also choose any of the following links, copy them, open them in your browser, and then complete the download and installation.

Note:
• If you encounter a download link that cannot be opened, you can change the browser and network and try again.
• If the official link is unavailable, you can contact official customer service to obtain a new download link.


2. What should I do if I cannot install it after downloading?

After completing the download of the App installation package on some Android phones, prompts such as "security risk" and "virus risk" may appear and the installation cannot be completed. You can refer to the following methods to complete the installation.

1. Huawei mobile phone Android version
Click Allow to continue the installation, do not move it into control, and follow the prompts to complete the installation.


2. Xiaomi mobile phone
On the installation page, click Settings in the upper right corner - Turn on [Security Protection], and then complete the installation.


3. OPPO mobile phone
In OPPO Mobile Manager [Payment Protection], turn off the protection of all software, and then complete the installation.


4. Telecommunications network
Under the telecommunications network, you can turn on airplane mode and use WiFi to download and install the Hotcoin App.

5. Other methods
For other brands/types of Android phones, you can try the following methods to install Hotcoin App.
• Turn off the Internet and Bluetooth, use Quark Browser or the browser that comes with your phone to download and install, and change the virus to 360 in the settings;
• Settings - [Apps and Notifications] - [Permission Management] - [Security and Privacy] - [App Lock] - [Trust this App] - Log in again, and the "risk" prompt will no longer appear.
• After downloading the Hotcoin App installation package, turn off all data traffic before installing.
