Announcement on Merging the Shares of 5 Leverage Products in ETF Area(XRP3L Included)

Dear users,

As the unit price of ETF products is lower than 0.01USDT currently, in response to market changes and optimize the trading experience, these ETF product shares on their values will be converted by Hotcoin during 00:00—03:00 (GMT+8) on Jan.27^th ,2021.

Here are the leverage products to have merges on their shares listed below(5 currency pairs in total):

1、XRP3L/USDT
2、BSV3L/USDT
3、HT3S/USDT
4、ETC3S/USDT
5、EOS3L/USDT

The previous 100 XRP3L currency shares will be migrated as 1 new XRP3L share,which means, the net values of that 1 brand new share equals to 100 times of the origin XRP3L net values .Net value conversion operations is based on the market price by that moment .

The new names, abbreviations, currency pairs will be in consistency of those origins before they’re coverting.

Attention:

1.During the duration of merging the shares, trading of those currencies mentioned above will be suspended,other currency pairs are not affected.

2.Before the asset coverting operations, users who are opening orders of the currency pairs mentioned aboved shall be withdrawing all of the orders in advanced, if users did not withdraw those currency pairs, system will be automatically revoked all of the orders, relevant assets will be returned to user account.

3.After the asset coversion is completed,currency pairs will have a price rise in values dramatically , which is the normal situation.

4.After the asset coversion is completed, User assets will have the normally change due to market fluctuations during the merge operation.

Example:

During the asset merging period, the user is holding 10000 XRP3L shares, with net values of each share of 0.010000, and a total amount of 100 USDT.After the merging operation, he will holding 100 XRP3Lshares and the total amount remains the same, with net values of each share of 1.000000,which is still 100 USDT.
