Why haven't I received digital currency from Hotcoin Payments?
HotcoinIf you can't find the funds transferred by your friends in the payment history, follow the steps below to track the funds.
Please note that the Hotcoin payment funds will be credited to the personal spot wallet. Please check the spot wallet first to confirm whether it has been credited.
1. Ask the payer to provide a screenshot of the payment details
The payer can find the transaction details by clicking [Total Balances] - [Spot] - [Finance Log ].
2. View payment details
If the payment status in the payment details is "Completed", but the funds are still not found in the personal funds wallet, please check whether the payee's address matches the information provided by the individual. the
