Hotcoin web3 Wallet User Protocol

This Hotcoin Web3 Wallet Interface User Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a relationship between you (the "User" or "you") and Hotcoin and any of our affiliates regarding your access to and/or use of the Hotcoin Web3 Wallet Service (collectively, the "Service"), The digital wallet provided under this Service is called the "Hotcoin Web3 Wallet") protocol. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement, the Hotcoin Web3 Ecosystem Terms of Service (" Terms of Service "), the Hotcoin Web3 Ecosystem Privacy Policy, and any and all other rules or policies, and that, regardless of your location, nationality, and/or the services you use, You shall be legally bound by any and all of the terms and conditions of these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, do not access or use the Service. This Agreement shall supplement the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any term or provision set forth in this Agreement and the Terms of Service, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving priority to this Agreement. All other provisions of the Hotcoin Terms of Service not modified by this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. All terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Service.

1. The Service
1.1 The Service. The Hotcoin Web3 ecosystem requires unmanaged digital wallet interface software to access, such as the Hotcoin Web3 wallet or the Metamask wallet. Our Hotcoin Web3 wallet allows for multi-chain and multi-terminal ease of use. Users can connect their Hotcoin Web3 wallet to DApps and DeFi protocols to conduct transactions and receive revenue. The Service may also include digital asset security management services; Digital asset exchange rate and trading information display; Technical and management services to ensure the normal operation of the Web3 ecological platform; And other services available on the Hotcoin platform. In general, our Hotcoin Web3 wallet may provide you with the following services:

Digital asset security management services;

Exchange rate and transaction information display of digital assets;

Technical and administrative services to ensure the normal operation of Hotcoin;

Other Hotcoin services available.

However, our services only provide you with an interface to view and manage your digital assets; It does not hold any assets or manage them for you. 1.2 Create, import, or bind a wallet. This protocol pops up when you first create, import, or bind a digital wallet. By agreeing to create, import or bind a wallet, you agree to and are bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You shall bear any and all consequences and liabilities arising therefrom, and Hotcoin reserves the right to pursue full liability against you. In addition, because Hotcoin does not have access to your digital wallet, you are solely responsible for the transactions performed by your digital wallet or any transactions involving your digital wallet, and Hotcoin is not responsible for any and all of them, regardless of whether you approve or authorize such transactions. 1.3 Purpose and legality of use. You agree to use your Hotcoin Web3 Wallet and the Service only for lawful purposes and that you may not use your Hotcoin Web3 Wallet and the Service as a medium in violation of applicable law. You agree that the source of the digital assets deposited into your digital wallet is legitimate. You also agree to comply with this Agreement, the Terms of Service, all rules, terms and any other notices or related agreements, including announcements, process guidelines, risk disclosures and other rules and terms, as posted and updated by Hotcoin from time to time. 1.4 Password and Private key. The Hotcoin Web3 wallet features various decentralized features of blockchain technology. These decentralized services are different from banking financial institutions. You understand and accept that Hotcoin is not responsible for: storing your security password (i.e., the password you set when creating or importing your wallet); Private keys and mnemonics; Retrieve your security password, private key or mnemonic; Freeze your wallet; Report a lost wallet; Any other actions required to restore your wallet or maintain or access your wallet. 1.5 Prototype. You agree and accept that the Hotcoin Web3 Wallet and/or the Service is an early version of the product and has not been fully reviewed. Hotcoin is not responsible for any loss you may suffer, and Hotcoin has no obligation to compensate or compensate you for any lost digital assets.

2. Service Fee
2.1 Miners' fees. In the course of your access and use of the Service, you may incur various miner fees. Any miner fees incurred on any third party platform under the Service will be borne and paid by you. 2.2 Third-party agreement fees. During your access and use of the Service, other third-party agreement fees may also be incurred, including, but not limited to, your transfer of digital assets. You are solely responsible for paying any and all third-party agreement fees that may be incurred. 2.3 Service fee. Hotcoin may charge you a fee for providing this service to you. The service fee may be a percentage of the amount of the transaction you make through the Service. Hotcoin may deduct the applicable service fee from your transaction amount as a fee for your use of the Service. Any service rate schedule will be published on the Hotcoin platform from time to time and Hotcoin reserves the right to update such rate schedule (if any) in its sole discretion.

3. Ownership
3.1 General Provisions. The service may provide users with the ability to exchange certain digital assets through various third-party blockchains. 3.2 Limited use rights. Hotcoin does not claim any ownership rights in any Content you make available through the Service (" User Content "). You agree that you own all right, title and interest in any User Content provided to us, including all intellectual property rights and interests. You hereby grant Hotcoin a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display any User Content that you upload, submit, store and/or send while accessing or using the Service or by accessing or using the Service (which may include any extensions to the creation or use that you may have consented to). 3.3 Intellectual Property Rights. Hotcoin will remove the work in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (" DMCA ") notice of removal and/or other intellectual property infringement claims, and will suspend or terminate the user's access to the Service if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer. If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, or infringes your right to publicity or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to us through the Help Center. In order for us to process your infringement claims regarding the Content of the Services, you must be the right holder or a person authorized by the right holder to act on behalf of the right holder. Any notice must include:

An identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, image right, or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed, including any applicable registration numbers and copies of registration certificates. If the certificate is not in English, an English translation of the certificate must be provided;

The identification of the allegedly infringing material requested to be removed, including a description of the specific location of the alleged infringing material within the Services (i.e. the URL) so that we can find the material;

A brief description of how the protected intellectual property rights have been infringed;

Your contact information - including at least your full legal name (a pseudonym cannot be used, as this is not acceptable) and an email or mailing address. If you are an individual, please provide your legal and last name. If you are a company, please provide the full name of the company;

A statement containing all of the following:

I/we believe in good faith that the infringing material complained of is not authorized by the rights holders, their agents, or the law. The information in this notice is accurate and I/we, as the complaining party, are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder under the penalty of perjury. I/we understand that I/we shall be liable to Hotcoin for any damages, including all costs and attorneys' fees, arising from Hotcoin's reliance on any misrepresentation that causes Hotcoin to remove or ban access to the alleged infringing material; and

Your personal or electronic signature (your full legal name).



Please note that we will use reasonable efforts to forward your notice (including your contact information) to the party whose content will be removed so that it understands why Hotcoin is no longer offering the content and can also contact you to resolve any dispute. If applicable, we may also invite the party to submit a counter-notice. All takedown notices and claims of infringement are at the sole discretion and disposal of Hotcoin.

4. Additional risk disclosure
4.1 The specific time is not guaranteed. You understand and agree that when you redeem or access your digital asset, the actual time you receive the digital asset in the Hotcoin Web3 Wallet may vary, and that the digital asset received and displayed on the Hotcoin Web3 Wallet shall be final. Hotcoin shall not be liable for any loss arising from the above. 4.2 Limitation of cumulative liability. You understand and agree that Hotcoin's cumulative liability shall not exceed the service fee Hotcoin collects from you. 4.3 Protocol Modification. You understand and agree that Hotcoin reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion. Hotcoin shall not be liable for any loss arising from your incorrect understanding of this Agreement or your delay in reading any modification or update to this Agreement. 4.4 The address is Incorrect. Hotcoin is not responsible for any losses caused by sending digital assets to the wrong address. You should ensure that your digital assets are deposited at the correct address specified by Hotcoin in order to receive the digital assets that you intend to transfer to a third party blockchain by using the Service. You should provide the correct digital wallet address to receive digital assets that you intend to transfer from a third party blockchain through the Service. Hotcoin is not liable for any and all losses resulting from your own fault or error, including, but not limited to, that you provide an incorrect digital wallet address or other address to receive digital assets, or that you transfer assets to the wrong address. 4.5 User Faults or Errors. You agree to be liable for any and all losses arising out of your own fault or error, including but not limited to: Failure to follow the transaction prompts, failure to conduct transactions in a timely manner, transfer your digital assets to the wrong third-party blockchain or the wrong address, forget or leak your password and/or private key, your password is cracked, your computer is hacked or hacked by someone else, and/or enter the wrong address to transfer or receive the digital asset. 4.6 Third-party Content and services. You understand and agree that when you use the Service, you may access and use third party blockchains. Hotcoin is not responsible for any and all damages resulting from your use of or access to third party blockchains. You understand and agree that Hotcoin grants access to any third party blockchain. Hotcoin only provides project presentation, revenue distribution and other related services. Hotcoin is not responsible for any losses caused by: contract vulnerabilities; Hacking incidents; Suspend, terminate or terminate business; Go bankrupt; Abnormal pause; Or the cessation of third-party blockchain operations or other potential risks. In addition, you agree to bear any and all losses that you may suffer as a result of the above risks. If you suffer any loss as a result of the above risks, you understand and agree that any digital assets stored in your digital wallet may be permanently lost. The Service may also contain links or features to access or use third party websites (" third party websites "), applications (" third party Applications ") and other third party platforms, or otherwise display, contain or make available content, data, information, services, applications or materials from third parties (" third party Materials "); The Services themselves may be integrated into third party websites, third party applications, third party materials or other third party platforms by application program interfaces or otherwise. This does not mean that Hotcoin endorses any products, services, information and disclaimers offered on third party websites, and Hotcoin does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained on third party websites. While we may not warn you that you have left our services when you click on a link or access and use a third party website or third party application, you are subject to the terms and conditions (including the Privacy policy) of the other website or address. Such third party websites, third party applications and third party materials are not under Hotcoin's control and may be "open" applications with no recourse. Hotcoin is not responsible for any third party websites, third party applications and third party materials. Hotcoin provides links to such third party websites and third party applications only as a convenience to users, and Hotcoin does not review, approve, monitor, endorse third party websites or third party applications or their products or services or related third party materials or make any representations or warranties. Your use of all links in third party websites, third party applications and third party materials is at your own risk. Hotcoin shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your use of such third-party products and services on third-party websites and third-party applications. Hotcoin is only a service provider of the Hotcoin Web3 ecosystem and its services, and Hotcoin has no influence or control over the content and services displayed on or outside the Hotcoin Web3 ecosystem on third party platforms or websites. The operators of such third-party platforms or websites are solely responsible for their content and services. Hotcoin has no control over the user terms or privacy policies of third party platforms. By using our Services, you acknowledge, understand and agree to all Terms of Service, privacy policies and related trading and operating rules, policies or any other rules (as they may be amended from time to time) on the third party Platform or other third party websites. Hotcoin and each third party website and third party application are separate legal entities, and these Terms do not constitute any form of agency, partnership or partnership between the parties. Claims, liabilities and disputes arising between Hotcoin and the respective third party websites and third party applications in connection with the performance of their respective contracts and agreements are the sole responsibility of each party. 4.7 The Third-Party platform is Faulty. You understand and agree that you are unable to use the Service or to issue orders or perform related transaction operations due to any failure, delay, interruption, lack of system response, delayed system response, or any other abnormal and/or unexpected circumstances, Hotcoin is not liable for any damages. These circumstances include, but are not limited to

The third party platform suspends, terminates and/or terminates its business; Close; And/or unusual suspension or termination of trading services;

Suspension of service due to maintenance announced by Hotcoin and/or third party platforms;

The system cannot transmit data;
