Hotcoin Will Support the Decred (DCR) and MultiversX (EGLD) Network Upgrades & Hard Forks

Hotcoin will support the Decred (DCR) and MultiversX (EGLD) network upgrades and hard forks. Details of the plan is listed below：
 
1. According to the Decred official plan，the Decred (DCR) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at the Decred block height of 794,368. Deposits and withdrawals of DCR will be suspended approximately starting from 18:00 (GMT+8) on Aug.29th,2023, while the trading is not affected. We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for DCR once we deem the upgraded network to be stable. A separate announcement will be made to notify users with the specific time of resumption.
 
2. According to the MultiversX official plan，the MultiversX (EGLD) network upgrade will take place at the MultiversX epoch 1,126, or approximately at 2023-08-30 23:45 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of EGLD will be suspended approximately starting from 18:00 (GMT+8) on Aug.30th,2023, while the trading is not affected. We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for EGLD once we deem the upgraded network to be stable. A separate announcement will be made to notify users with the specific time of resumption.
