How to Buy Cryptos with Third-Party Services

Please note that users will need to associate Email with Coinfy, and complete KYC steps for FATpay before using them.

Coinfy Tutorial

KYC Tutorials（Web）
Step 1：Click on Buy with Credit Card icon on the home page, and select Coinfy as payment method as shown below:

Step 2：（Under the circumstance of KYC verification uncompleted，please ignore this step if you have completed the KYC verification on App ）Click on the button on the upper right corner to view more, and select ' My Account ' button，click it and start to verify your identity，tick the checkbox to agree the Service Agreement.



Step 3: Fill out the basic information of your home address and trading behavior, and scan the QR code with your camera to complete the identity verification on your mobile phone.



Crypto Purchase Tutorials
Step 1: Select the Fiats for your payment, as well as the crypto you would like to buy.

Please be aware that the same currency may be supported by multiple crypto networks, you should be cautious about the crypto network selected.

Step 2 : Enter / Modify the amount

Step 3: Enter the receiving address of the selected crypto network, it must be the same as the crypto network selected, otherwise the assets may not be credited to the account.

Step 4: Select Credit Card to Complete Payment

Step 5: Confirm the purchase information, tick the checkbox to agree the terms & conditions in Agreement, please note that the handling fee has contained in the amount paid by you

Step 6: Please tick the checkbox to agree the Service Agreement for the first purchase

Step 7：Enter your credit card information such as Card No., Name, Expiration Date and Security Code，click button to confirm the payment.

Step 8：Enter the credit card verification code received and fill in the information, submit to complete the payment.

Step 9：Check the details of your order. Please note that the crypto assets will be credited to the deposit address you offered within half an hour after a successful payment.

FatPAY Tutorials

Step 1：Click on Buy with Credit Card icon on the home page, and select FatPAY as payment method as shown below:
Step 2: Select the currencies you want to buy, and Fiats for your payment, as well as the amount required.


Check the details of purchase information

Step 3: Verify your Email

Step 4: Confirm order and complete payment

Step 5: Enter credit card information such as Card No., Name, Expiration Date and Security Code，click the button to complete the payment.



Step 6: Check order details


Step 7: Check your Hotcoin balance in C2C account Finance Log after successful payment
