Part 1: How to Set Up a Fund Password

Step 1: Go to “Security” and find “Fund Password”. Click “Settings” next to it;

Step 2: Set Fund Password, click"Confirm", the password has been successfully set.

Note:

1. The fund password must be 8-20 characters long and cannot be purely numeric. If you enter only numbers, the setup will fail.

2. If you forget your fund password, you can only retrieve it through account two-factor authentication. Please remember your password.

3. Hotcoin customer service will never ask for your password in any form. Do not share your transaction password with others.

Part 2: How to Reset Fund Password

Step 1: Go to"Security" and find "Fund Password", click "Reset"

Step 2: Enter the original password and the new password, then click "Confirm" to complete the modification.

Note:

1. To ensure account security, withdrawals and C2C transactions are prohibited within 24 hours after a successful modification.

2. The modification takes effect immediately after a successful update.

Part 3: What to Do If You Forget Your Fund Password

Step 1: When prompted to enter the fund password, click “Forgot Password” (e.g., adding/modifying a payment method)；

Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”, enter the new password, then complete the identity verification as prompted by the website, and submit the self-service fund password reset request. The change will take effect immediately after submission.

Note:

1. Withdrawals and C2C transactions are prohibited within 24 hours after resetting the fund password.
