1. What Products Are Available on Hotcoin TradFi?

  

Hotcoin TradFi currently offers two types of trading products: TradFi Spot and TradFi Futures.

TradFi Spot currently covers stocks, U.S. stocks, metals, commodities, ETFs, indices, and Korean stocks. TradFi Futures currently covers stocks, U.S. stocks, metals, commodities, ETFs, indices, Hong Kong stocks, Japanese stocks, Korean stocks, and forex.

Available products, trading pairs, and trading parameters may change based on market conditions. Please refer to the Hotcoin TradFi page for the latest information.

  

   

2. What Is the Difference Between TradFi Spot and TradFi Futures?

  

TradFi Spot and TradFi Futures are two different types of trading products. TradFi Spot offers spot products linked to the prices of traditional financial assets, while TradFi Futures offers perpetual futures linked to the prices of traditional financial assets. TradFi Futures supports leveraged trading, with funding fees and liquidation mechanisms.

 

   

3. Does TradFi Work the Same Way as Regular Spot and Futures Trading on Hotcoin?

   

Yes. TradFi Spot and TradFi Futures follow the same basic trading process as regular Spot and Futures on Hotcoin. You can place and manage orders and positions in the same way.

 

   

4. Who Can Trade Hotcoin TradFi?

   

Hotcoin TradFi availability varies by country or region based on local laws, regulations, and platform rules. Check the TradFi page to see whether TradFi products are available for your account.

 

  

5. How Do I Start Trading Hotcoin TradFi?

   

Log in to Hotcoin on the App or Web and go to the TradFi page. Select TradFi Spot or TradFi Futures, then choose a product to start trading.

6. What Are the Trading Hours for Hotcoin TradFi? Are They Affected by Holidays?

  

Trading hours vary between TradFi Spot and TradFi Futures.

  • TradFi Futures: Perpetual futures are available for trading without market closures.
  • TradFi Spot: Trading hours vary by product.

U.S. stock-related products may follow adjusted trading hours during U.S. market holidays. Please check each product's trading page for the latest schedule and market status.

 

  

7. What Happens to My TradFi Futures Positions During Market Closures?

 

When the underlying market is closed or its trading hours change, the affected TradFi Futures product enters Reduce-Only mode. You cannot open new positions during this period, but you can reduce or close existing positions.

 

   

8. Does Trading TradFi Mean I Own the Underlying Stocks or Other Assets?

  

No. Hotcoin TradFi provides trading products linked to the prices of traditional financial assets. You do not directly purchase or own the underlying stocks or other assets.

 

  

9. What Currency Is Used for TradFi Trading and Settlement?

  

Both TradFi Spot and TradFi Futures are denominated and settled in USDT. Before trading, transfer USDT to the appropriate trading account and make sure you have a sufficient balance.

 

  

10. What Fees Apply to Hotcoin TradFi?

  

Trading fees vary by product. TradFi Futures also involves funding fees. Please refer to the product's trading page and Hotcoin's latest fee schedule for specific rates and fee details.

 

  

11. Do Hotcoin VIP Fee Rates Apply to TradFi?

  

Yes. Hotcoin VIP fee rates apply to both TradFi Spot and TradFi Futures based on your current VIP level.

 

  

12. What Risks Should I Be Aware of When Trading Hotcoin TradFi?

 

TradFi product prices are closely linked to traditional financial markets and may be affected by macroeconomic data, interest rate policies, corporate events, market liquidity, trading hours, and other market factors. Prices may experience significant volatility or gaps around market closures and reopenings.

TradFi Futures supports leveraged trading. Leverage can amplify both potential gains and losses and may result in liquidation. Funding fees may also apply. Make sure you understand the product's mechanics, trading hours, fees, and other applicable rules before trading.
