Third-Party Buy Crypto Service Agreement

1. Agreement
Welcome to Hotcoin, Hot Block Chain Technology Co., Ltd. These General Terms and any Terms of Service (collectively, the Agreement) constitute a legal agreement between Hotcoin and you pursuant to which you may obtain certain digital asset, cryptocurrency and payment-related services that Hotcoin and its affiliates may provide (per service). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services. YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT (a) By clicking "I Agree" (or similar box or button) or registering to receive the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. (b) If you do not understand any of the terms of this agreement, please contact us before using the service. You may not access or use any of the Services unless you agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. References to you and us in this agreement (a) In this agreement: (i) when we say "you", "your" or "user", we mean the individual who registers on the Hotcoin platform to receive the Services or entity; (ii) when we say "Coinify", "Simplex", "Alchemy Pay" or "a third party", we mean a third party entity with whom you contract (. 2. Platform
Third Party Platforms You may use any website (including the Simplex website at https://www.simplex.com/), (including the Coinify website at https://www.coinify.com/), (including the Alchemy Pay website at https://www.alchemypay.org/) Alchemy pay website) portal, mobile application to receive services. Your access to and use of any Third Party Platforms may be subject to additional terms and conditions notified to you from time to time.
3. Accounts
(a) When you register to access a third-party platform and use the Services, you may be required to create an account which is attributed to you and your interactions with the Services (Account). (b) Under this Agreement, you may also be required to open an account with a third-party service provider (Service Provider) to access relevant parts of the Service. Hotcoin is not a bank/authorized depository institution.
(c) Your access to and use of the account will require you to provide security credentials, including a valid email address or phone number and password. You must keep your security credentials confidential and not disclose them to anyone else. If you lose or forget your password, you can ask us to send you an email with a password reset link to your registered email address. (d) Any access, use and/or (lawful) conduct (on) your account is at your own risk and expense and will be attributed to you as the account owner. (e) You may ask us to close your account at any time by notifying us. The decision to close your account is at our reasonable discretion and we will notify you if your account is subject to certain closing procedures. (f) We may temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account if you breach, or we reasonably believe you have breached this Agreement.
4. Services
Services (a) We may provide any service to you in our sole and reasonable discretion. (b) We may refuse to provide you with any service (or part thereof) or restrict your use of the service at any time (including value and quantity limitations). (c) In some jurisdictions, we only provide the Services with our partner financial institutions, which are referred to in this Agreement as Service Providers and are subject to the additional terms provided below. (d) Your use of the service will be governed by the additional terms of service applicable to that service. Eligibility By accessing and using any of the Services, you expressly represent and warrant that: (a) if you are an individual, you are at least 18 years of age; (b) if you are a legal entity, you are legally legal in your jurisdiction (c) you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement and comply with its terms; (d) your use of the Services will not infringe any third party (proprietary) rights and/or (any obligations arising therefrom) Any agreement between you and a third party, and will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction; (e) Hotcoin will not violate any legal services in your jurisdiction by providing you; (f) you will use the Services solely for yourself and not on behalf of any third party; (g) you will use the Services solely in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable Terms of Service; (h) you have a right of disposition and no bankruptcy proceedings apply to you; (i) you are not on any sanctions list; (j) you are not a resident of a sanctioned country;
