According to the official programme of FIL,The Filecoin network (FIL) upgrade will commence during epoch 1,231,620 or at approximately 2021-10-26 21:30 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of FIL will be suspended starting from approximately 2021-10-26 19:00(GMT+8).Hotcoin will resuming deposits and withdrawals for FIL once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, platform will also notify users in a further announcement.
