It’s showing on system that payment has been successfully transferred , but the other side still not receiving the payment?

1.Please make sure the payment collecting method you filled out in transfer is in line with the information filled in order details page.

2.Please confirm your selecting payment method is instant into account or delay into account.

3.You can also contact with your bank / Payment Institution to check if the situation is cause by the system maintenance or other reasons.
