If you’re the seller, when there is buyer try to cheat you by release the [ Release Currency ] but did not make the payment , this is very likely the fraudulent behavior from buyer. The fraudulent buyer usually use the stolen credentials and forged the proof of purchase to pretend the payment has been done. Sellers should asked buyers for their real-name, and check the statement of your account. Please make sure the payment has entered into your account before you click on the [ Release Currency ] button, so that you can avoid to be tricking by the cheaters. As the blockchain assets is transfer irreversible, once you had pressed the [ Release Currency ] button, you can never retrieve the token released.
