Article 2
Hotcoin strictly prohibits any use of its P2P services for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, smuggling, commercial bribery, and illegal currency exchange. The Platform will implement robust risk control measures to the fullest extent possible to protect users’ legitimate rights and interests.
If any suspected illegal transactions or unlawful activities are identified, the Platform reserves the right to take actions including, but not limited to, account freezing, transaction restrictions, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. The Platform shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the enforcement of such measures and reserves the right to pursue legal action against users involved in unlawful activities.
To avoid involvement in illegal activities, users are advised to observe the following:

The Platform shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such cooperation, including but not limited to disclosure of user information, account restrictions, or inability to access account functions.

All users should be fully aware before engaging in any transactions that digital assets are not issued or guaranteed by any government or central bank, and their prices are subject to significant volatility. Holding or using digital assets involves a high level of risk.

Any person who accesses the Platform, or uses its services directly or indirectly in any manner, shall be deemed to have fully understood and voluntarily accepted this Statement and all its terms.
