Hotcoin Futures Referral Mode Guide

Refer Friends to join Hotcoin Futures, invited friends enjoy a transaction fee discount while you’ll enjoy a referral rebate!

For every new user successfully referred to Hotcoin via the Invite Link or Invite Code, the referrer will receive commission on fees anytime the new referred user trades on any of Hotcoin’s Spot (Margin) or Futures markets. This means you can now invite users via a Spot standard referral link or Futures referral link and receive the commission rebates from both. You can also give your friends a discount on futures trading fees when they sign up using your standard referral link.


Example:
User A invites User B via a referral link. User A will receive referral commission on User B’s trading fees whenever User B trades on any of Hotcoin’s Futures or Spot markets. At the same time, if A has set up a referral fee discount, then user B can get the corresponding ratio of discount on fees when making futures trading, which means this is a good discount offered to B!

Calculation Rules of Referral Rebates:

This activity is open to all users of Hotcoin, with referral rebates being returned to the Spot account according to the actual commission currency selected by users, the discount of transaction fee will be returned to the Futures account according to the actual commission currency selected by users.

Release Time:
For Referral Commissions: 10:00(UTC+8) by the next day after the transaction is completed;
For Transaction Fee Discount: 0:00(UTC+8) by the next day after the transaction is completed;

Commission and kickback/discount rate:
If the rebate rate is initially set at 30% by user, then there will be a 10% discount on transaction fee. The actual referral rebate for the inviter is：Transaction Fee*（30%-10%），invitees are entitled to a transaction fee discount of：Transaction Fee*10%.The inviter can also edit the discount ratio of the transaction fee given to the invitee; Assuming that the inviter changes the invitee's transaction fee discount ratio to 5%, the actual rebate returned to the inviter is：Transaction Fee*（30%-5%），discount rate received by the Invitee：Transaction Fee *5%. Inviters can also adjust the transaction discount rate to 0, then the inviter will enjoy a 40% referral commission rate exclusively, while the invitee will no longer enjoy any commission discount ratio.

Referral Data:
Users can view their invitation data and referral rebate details on the referral commission interface of Futures area. Assuming you become an agent afterwards, the invitation interface of Futures section will only show the invitation data before you becoming an agent, and invitation data when you’re already an agent should be checked in the exclusive backstage system. Assuming that you are already an agent, your invitation data after becoming an agent will not be displayed on the invitation interface of Futures area, please check the invitation data in the exclusive backstage system.

Invitation - Web Version：
1. Copy the "Exclusive registration link" and send it to the invitee , the invitation code will be automatically fill in by system when invitees are opening this link to register;
2. Send the "Exclusive invitation code" to the invitee, and fill in invitation code on the registration page when invitees are trying to register a Hotcoin account;
3. Enter Email address of your referral friends and click to send the message, then enter your name or nickname in the pop-up window to inform invitee about the source of this email.



Invitation – APP Version：
1. Copy the "Exclusive registration link" and send it to the invitee , the invitation code will be automatically fill in by system when invitees are opening this link to register;
2. Send the "Exclusive invitation code" to the invitee, and fill in invitation code on the registration page when invitees are trying to register a Hotcoin account;
3. Click oin “ Face-to-Face” invitation button so that a QR code for invitation will be poping up from the App interface, Invitees can use the scanning function of HotcoinEx App to scan QR code and skip to the registration interface , invitation code will be filled in by the system automatically, invitees can also use other ways to scan QR code and skip to the registration interface, invitation code will still be filled in by the system automatically;
4. Click on the “ Generate to share posters” button and share the posters, you can share the activity information via Wechat or Wechat Moments.

Other Statements
1． Referral methods should be legally and eligible to the platform rules for inviting friends, If any improper means of invitation or violation of the rules for inviting friends occurs and such behaviors is discovered by Hotcoin, users will be disqualified to participate in the activity , and all rewards not released to the user account will also be retrieved by Hotcoin, while Hotcoin platform reserves the right to trace all issued rewards and pursue legal responsibility as appropriate.
All contents sharing from Hotcoin must adopt the standard sharing method and content provided by the platform, and the sharing content must not be self-designed or conducting any unauthorized tampering. Once the sharing behavior of tampering with content and misleading is found, Hotcoin platform reserves the right to trace all issued rewards and pursue legal responsibility as appropriate.
3. If the following circumstances occurs, Hotcoin platform has the right to immediately revoke the activity participation qualification and all rewards of invitees, and reserves the right to trace the issued rewards and pursue legal responsibility;
(1) The inviter does not use the standard sharing methods and contents provided byHotcoin platform；
(2) The inviter applies illegal or improper means in the invitation process；
(3) The inviter has been unjustly enriched；
(4) The inviter conducts irregularities publicity，for example users are dispensing advertising materials in an improperly way；
(5) Inviter causing the economic loss, bad reputational impacts and customer complaints to the platform;
(6) Fake users recommended by inviters to register on Hotcoin platform, or users who are stealing identity information of others to register；
(7) Referral users invited by inviters to perform false transactions or malicious sabotage activities；
( 8 ) Inviters to participate in the activities by any robot software, spider software, crawler software, prize brushing software / script, Trojan horse implantation or any other automatic program, improper means, etc；
( 9 ) "Bulk registration" users or “ Referral users “ to perform transaction with similar IP / devices；
( 10 ) Inviters release referral rebates information to lure others to participate in activities through channels such as bonus brushing platforms and bonus brushing groups, or make false promises to be invited as friends, or engage in pyramid selling behaviors；
( 11 ) Referral users invited by the inviter occurs huge problems in batches, or the invited users have mass short-term investment arbitrage behaviors；
( 12 ) Referral users has any violation of the principles of honesty and credit, public order, good customs, fairness and justice；
( 13 ) Referral users has other behaviors in violation of relevant laws and regulations;
( 14 ) final interpretation of this activity is owned by Hotcoin.
