Why hasn't my deposit been credited?

1. Number of pending network confirmations
Once the minimum requirement has been deposited, your deposit will be successfully credited. Please wait for the required number of network confirmations. Note that the minimum requirements are different for each cryptocurrency.
2. Deposit unlisted currency
The deposit page displays the currencies and networks supported by Hotcoin. You can check the supported currencies and networks from the deposit and withdrawal status page. If you deposit through an unsupported network or a currency that is not listed, your assets may be lost and cannot be retrieved.
3. The minimum amount of recharge has not been reached
For your convenience, the minimum deposit amount is listed on the deposit page. If your deposit does not reach the minimum amount, it will result in failure to reflect on your account.
