Lead Trader Service Agreement

Article 1: Lead Trader Conduct and Professional Standards

During the provision of copy trading services, Lead Traders shall act with integrity and prudence and strictly comply with the following requirements:

1. Lead Traders are strictly prohibited from promising profits, guaranteed returns, or capital protection, or from attracting Followers through false or misleading promotions.
2. Lead Traders are strictly prohibited from displaying or implying contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, or social media accounts, in nicknames, personal profiles, or any other public display areas.
3. Lead Traders shall use their best efforts to protect the interests of Followers. Malicious wash trading, excessive high-frequency trading, or any trading activities conducted solely for the purpose of improving the appearance of trading data or earning excessive commissions are strictly prohibited.
4. Lead Traders are prohibited from adopting extreme trading strategies involving excessively high risk or large drawdowns that may result in uncontrollable losses for Followers.
5. Any fraudulent or manipulative behavior is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to multi-account lead trading, cross-account long-short manipulation, wash trading, or related-party transactions.
6. Lead Traders are strictly prohibited from maliciously inflating follower numbers, manipulating asset scale, or engaging in any conduct that may undermine the fairness of the platform.

Article 2: Violations and Penalty Mechanism

The platform reserves the right to monitor Lead Trader activities in real time. If any abnormal or non-compliant behavior is detected, the platform may take one or more of the following measures:

1. Immediately and permanently revoke the Lead Trader qualification and terminate all related services.
2. Recover all illegal gains, commissions, and profit-sharing income obtained during the violation period.
3. Upon revocation of Lead Trader status, all active copy trading positions under the Lead Trader will be immediately closed by the system.
4. If abnormal trading behavior is detected, the platform reserves the right to impose risk control measures, including but not limited to restricting account functions, prohibiting the opening of new positions, or suspending the account.

Article 3: Supplementary Provisions

1. Hotcoin reserves the right to supplement or amend this Agreement based on market developments and operational requirements.
2. Hotcoin reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
