Master Service Agreement

Master Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics

  During the lead trading period, the Master shall adhere to the principles of integrity and prudence, strictly complying with the following standards:

• No Guarantees: Strictly prohibited from promising returns or capital preservation to Followers, or attracting followers through false advertising.

• No Contact Information: Strictly prohibited from displaying or implying contact information such as phone numbers, emails, or social media accounts in nicknames, personal profiles, or any other display areas.

• Responsible Trading: Masters shall exert their best efforts to protect the profits of Followers. Malicious wash trading or high-frequency trading for the sole purpose of inflating data or earning high commissions is prohibited.

• Strategy Restrictions: Prohibited from using extreme trading strategies involving high risk or high drawdowns that may lead to uncontrollable losses for Followers.

• Anti-Cheating: Strictly prohibited from engaging in cheating behaviors, including using multiple accounts for lead trading, hedging long and short positions across accounts (wash trading), or related-party transactions.

• Fairness: Strictly prohibited from maliciously inflating the number of Followers or manipulating asset scales to undermine the fairness of the platform.

Violations and Penalties

  The platform reserves the right to monitor the Master's behavior in real-time. Once abnormal or non-compliant behavior is detected, the following measures will be taken:

• Revocation of Status: Immediate and permanent cancellation of Master status, with no further related services provided.

• Recovery of Gains: The platform reserves the right to claw back all illegal earnings and profit shares obtained during the period of violation.

• Immediate Liquidation: Upon the cancellation of Master status, all current copy trading positions under that Master will be immediately closed by the system.

• Risk Control Measures: If abnormal trading is detected, the platform reserves the right to implement risk control measures, including muting the account, prohibiting the opening of new positions, or freezing the account.

Supplementary Provisions

• The Hotcoin platform reserves the right to supplement or amend these standards based on market development and system operation requirements.

• The final right of interpretation of this agreement belongs to the Hotcoin platform.
