Master Profit Sharing Settlement Rules

1.Settlement and Distribution Process：Profit sharing adopts a "Withholding + Next-Day Settlement" system to ensure Masters receive commissions based on actual net profits:

• Withholding: When a Master closes a position and the Follower makes a profit, the system first withholds the profit share from the Follower's account.
• Daily Calculation: At 00:00 (UTC+8) daily, the system calculates the "Actual Total Profit" of all orders for the Follower on that day.
• Daily Distribution: At 12:00 (UTC+8) daily, the finalized profit share is distributed to the Master's Spot Account.
• Note: If the Follower does not end the day with a net profit, all withheld funds will be fully returned to the Follower's account.

2.Profit Sharing Calculation Logic (Example based on a 10% Profit Sharing Ratio) : Profit sharing only applies to fully closed orders and is calculated after deducting relevant costs.

Calculation Formula:Profit Share = (Total Realized PnL of the Day - Total Trading Fees -Total Funding Fees) * Sharing Ratio

Example Case Study: Assume a Follower has three orders today:

• Order A: Fully closed, Profit: 100 USDT
• Order B: Fully closed, Profit: -50 USDT (Loss)
• Order C: Only 50% closed, Profit: 20 USDT
• Costs: Total trading fees and funding fees for Orders A and B: 20 USDT
•   Final Profit Share: (100 - 50 - 20)*10% = 3USDT

  Key Points:

• Order C is not included in the daily calculation because it is not fully closed. It will be settled during the cycle in which the remaining portion is closed.
• Base Calculation: The share is based on: $\text{Single Order PnL} - \text{Trading Fees} - \text{Funding Fees}$.
• (Note: If the funding fee is a credit/income, it is treated as a negative cost, which increases the net profit.)

Settlement is only triggered when an order is completely closed. If a position is held overnight, the profit share will be deferred to the settlement cycle of the day the position is eventually closed.
