I. Prohibited Use Scenarios

The following transaction types are not supported when using this card. Any violation will result in permanent card suspension.

Prohibited Categories

• Cash-like transactions / Cryptocurrency exchange transactions
• Online gambling / Lotteries / Betting
• Escort services / Massage and other adult services
• Gas stations

Prohibited Merchants

• Ride-hailing: Uber, BOLT, Lyft, Grab
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL): Afterpay
• Identity Verification: TXVRFY

II. Card Limits & Requirements

• Minimum Top-up Amount: 100 USD
• Maximum Top-up Amount: 1,000,000 USD
• Maximum Cards per User: 5
• First Top-up Required: Yes
• Minimum First Top-up Amount: 100 USD

III. Important Reminders

• If suspicious activity such as excessive refunds, cancellations, failed payments, or chargebacks is detected, the card will be automatically frozen. Please contact customer support to unfreeze it.
• If the overall transaction failure rate exceeds 30%, a fee of 0.36 USD will be charged for each failed transaction.
• If the card is frozen due to an incorrect CVV or expiration date, please contact customer support to unfreeze it.
