What is reverse position opening?

Hotcoin provides users with a convenient one-click reverse position opening function, which facilitates traders to capture market trends at any time, change trading directions in a timely manner, and make timely adjustments according to the market conditions efficiently when the market changes rapidly.

When you predict that the market is about to turn around or need to operate in the opposite direction, you can click one button to quickly open a reverse position, that is: a long position and a short position, and a short position becomes a long position. Achieve the purpose of quickly stopping loss/stop profit and seizing market changes.

How to open a position in reverse direction?

Enter the My Position page, click Open Position in the reverse direction and confirm twice. The system will immediately help you close the currently selected position at the market price and open a position of the same amount in the opposite direction at the market price. At the same time, Cancel the current closing orders of the selected contract (including untriggered stop-profit, stop-loss and planned closing orders) to avoid missing out on the reversal market or being too late to open a position when the reversal market comes.

The system will first perform the position closing operation and then open the position. At this time, your available margin needs to be enough to open the same number of positions. If the margin is insufficient, the position opening will fail, but the position closing operation will still be performed. Please confirm that your operation is correct, and after clicking "Confirm", the position will be closed with a market price order and an equal amount of reverse position will be opened at the market price. If you don't want to do this, click Cancel.
