What is identity authentication(KYC)?

How to authenticate?

After clicking on Account - Account Security, you can check the personal real-name authentication status. If it is not authenticated, click to jump to the authentication.

Personal accounts first need to complete standard identity authentication and click "Start Now".



Fill in your personal identity information as prompted on the page, and select your country/region, ID type, and real ID photo.


Submit after confirming that it is correct. After submitting the materials, the backend will review them within 24 hours. After that, you can check the review results at any time. If the review is passed, the certification will be completed. If the review is rejected, please confirm the materials and fill in the information again for certification.
