Withdrawing cryptocurrency from Hotcoin to an external wallet is simple, efficient and easy.

How To Withdraw Crypto from Hotcoin

Watch this tutorial video

1. Open the Withdrawal Page

• On the Hotcoin Home Page, tap Assets (bottom bar).

• Tap Withdraw.

2. Select the Cryptocurrency

• Choose the token you want to withdraw (example: USDT).

• Select your preferred withdrawal method.

On-Chain Withdrawal

1. Tap On-chain Withdrawal.

2. Enter the receiving address by: Scanning a QR code, or Pasting the wallet address.

3. Select the correct network (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, etc.)

4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

5. Double-check the: Token, Network, Wallet address.

6. Tap Withdraw.

7. Complete any required security verification (identity check or code confirmation).

⚠️ Important: The withdrawal network must match the deposit network to avoid loss of assets.

Internal Transfer (within Hotcoin)

1. Select Internal Transfer (Email / Mobile / UID).

2. Enter the recipient’s:

• Email, OR

• Phone number, OR

• UID

3. Enter your transfer amount.

4. Tap Withdraw.

Good news: Internal transfers are free, no fees required.

Track Your Withdrawal

1. Go back to Assets.

2. Monitor your withdrawal status under the history section.

3. Transfer speed varies depending on blockchain confirmation time, please be patient.
