Plan B:    Application Period: 20^th,July - 31^th,July,2020 UTC+8

Official Activity Time: 1^st , August - 31^th, August,2020 UTC+8

Plan C：Application Period：  August 1st-10th,2020 UTC+8

Official Activity Time: August 11th – September 10th,2020 UTC+8

Applicants: HOTCOIN Global Nodes (Except for Chinese or regional users prohibited by local laws)

Activity Rules

1：Hotcoin Nodes Registration：

Users are required to obtain the global nodes qualification of Hotcoin, users who are not qualified with global nodes will not be able to go through the authentication of activity.

Each users shall take part in the activity by portfolio approachs of investment or management in using HOTCOIN digital currencies, total assets of investment amounts or portfolio funds of each nodes is required ≥10 million USDT at the very begining of activity.

2: Members Recruitment

To meet the requirement of nodes , it is permitted to recruit nodes users to participate in the activity by initiator, and offering the unified submission of registration together by initiator.

3: All participant users shall doing firm bargain by using USDT as the initial capital, which is limited to the BTC/USDT & ETH/USDT trading pairs of perpetual swaps section, profits of Open Interest will not be caculated in to activity profits outside the time of activity.

4：Reward Planing：

1)Total return rate of nodes >50%，users will share rewards of 3 million USDT together，those investors under the name of nodes will get the rewards according to the ratios of contributions being made.

2）40%< Total return rate of nodes <50%，users will share rewards of 2 million USDT together，those investors under the name of nodes will get the rewards according to the ratios of contributions being made.

3）30%< Total return rate of nodes <40%，users will share rewards of 1 million USDT together，those investors under the name of nodes will get the rewards according to the ratios of contributions being made.

4.Calculation Method Of Total Profit:

Profit Amount Of Nodes= Settling those closed total positive and negative income in account of each user by ending time

For example（user positive income，5000USDT）Or（user negative income，-5000USDT）

Calculation Formula Of Total return rate of nodes: Return Rate =（Net value at the end of the period- Net value at the beginning of the period）/ Net value at the beginning of the period *100%  

Net value at the beginning of the period  = Total Deposit after the successfully registration of activity

Net value at the end of the period = Current net value

During the activity , participants transfer the assets out of the account by any amounts will be treated as giving up the activity qualification voluntary（If this user has been realized the profit / losses >0，all of his contribution to nodes will be erased）；

Notes:

1、Except for the institution accounts of each nodes, other investors will only allowed to take part in the activity by using the sole KYC account of themselves；
2、Any behaviours forbidden by the platform is not permitted.
3、Rewards obtained by users will sending to Hotcoin account of participating nodes or users within 7 working days after the announcement of activity result,the specific details is subjected to the actual rewarding time of the platform.
4、During the activity period, the quotation analysis of market offered by each nodes does not represented the official position and opinion of Hotcoin, any losses of investors and users caused by it shall not be borne by Hotcoin,thank you for your understanding;
5、Minimum deposit of each participants shall not be lower than 5000 USDT；
6、The registration nodes and users should comply with the laws and regulations on anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing of the country or region where they are located, and executing the regulations of this guidance. Users located in nations or districts with more regimented regulations should also obey the rules.
7、The final explanation right of this activity is reserved by Hotcoin.
