According to the Neo（NEO） official plan, the NEO network upgrade & hard fork will take place at the Neo（NEO） block height of 4,120,000, or approximately on 2023-09-20 (Hongkong Time Zone).Deposits and withdrawals of NEO will be suspended approximately starting from 17:00(GMT+8) on Sept.20th,2023, while the trading is not affected. We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for NEO once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, and we will notify users in a further announcement.
