Top-up Risk Alert

1. The “High Risk Detected for This Deposit” notice appears because the assets in this deposit have been flagged on-chain as risky, so we’re temporarily unable to credit them directly. Please contact online customer support and provide proof of the asset’s source (for example: detailed transaction records from the sender, relevant operation videos, screenshots from the originating platform, etc.). If the materials you submit pass our review, we will credit the funds as soon as possible. If the review confirms that the assets do indeed present abnormal risk, you may request a return. Once your return request is submitted, we will process it within 12 hours, and the funds will be sent back to the receiving address you designate (any address on the same mainnet as the deposit is acceptable). 

2. If the deposit amount is below the platform’s minimum deposit requirement, it cannot be credited or returned. Please check and confirm the minimum deposit amount when obtaining the deposit address.
