HOTCOIN(Hotcoin.top) will adjusting the unlocked ratio of HOTB transaction as 0.5% of buy-in quantities at 0:00 on 19^th,February 2019(UTC+8).Users will get 0.5% bonus of the total buy-in amount as reward, those users who are not going to unlock assets will not obtain rewards,The 24H maximum unlock ratio should be 1% of the aggregate gross position , tradings will not be unlocked & bonus will not be sent out if the the 24H maximum unlock ratio has been exceeded.
