【Invitation for Rebates】：For users who have registered on the platform, this function helps them to invite new users to register on Hotcoin, with the brand new invitation function supporting a multi-methods .
【Friend Relation】：Upgrading of the invitation approach！New users who are completed registration on Hotcoin through the inviter is treated as the “Direct Friend”, while new users who are completed registration on Hotcoin through the direct frined of inviter is treated as the “Indirect Friend”.
Example： B is completed registration through invitation sending by A, then there is “Direct Friend” relationship between A & B; C is completed registration through invitation sending by B, there is “Direct Friend” relationship between B & C, while there’s “Indirect Friend” relation between C & A .
【Friend Invitation Rebate Calculation Rules】：Activity for this time is open to all users,rebates will be returned to the Exchange account of users according to the actual handling fee, and the rebates generated from tradings between “Direct Friend” & “Indirect Friend” will also be calculated by certain ratios and return to the original inviter.
Direct Rebate =Trading volume of direct friend×Handling fee rate×Direct friend rebate ratio（20%）.
Indirect Rebate= Trading volume of indirect friend×Handling fee rate×Indirect friend rebate ratio（10%）.
Rebate Release: UTC+8, by the next day.
Tutorial to Obtain Rebates:
1.Web Client：
1、【Enter the Invitaion Page】
Keep your “Login” status and click on the personal account icon on the upper right corner, Select the 【Friend Invitation】button and skip to the friend invitation page;
2、【Share the Invitation】
Inviting new users by the following 3 methods
- Copy & send out your “Exclusive registration link” to the invitee, so that system will automatically fill out the invitation code during the register process of the invitee;
- Send out your “Exclusive invitation code” to invitee, so that invitee can fill in the invitation code on registration page;
- Click on the [Send]button after entering the E-mail address of your friend,enter your name or nickname so that invitees will learn about the source of E-mail received;
2.App Client：

2、【Share the Invitation】
Inviting new users by the following 4 methods
- Send out your “Exclusive invitation code” to invitee, so that invitee can fill in the invitation code on registration page;
- Copy & send out your “Exclusive registration link” to the invitee, so that system will automatically fill out the invitation code during the register process of the invitee;
- Click on “Face-to-face” button for the poping up QR code, invitees can scan the QR code by using the “Scan” function of Hotcoin App and skip to the registration page , then system will automatically fill in the invitation code for users.Users can also turn to the registration page by scanning QR code through other ways,system will fill in the code for users in the same way;
- Click on the “Share App”button to generate the poster, user can share the poster to friends through wechat App or [ Moments ] function of wechat;
How to check my invitation and rebate details
Find 【My Invitation】option in the friend inviting page,click on “details” to check the status of invitees and rebate details.
Other Specifications
1． Process & methods for inviting friends should be legally eligible and compliance with the rules of Hotcoin platform, If any improper invitation means or violation of the friend invitation rules is being found,users who are convicted with acts of breaches will be disqulified to take part in the activity and all rewards didn’t received of that month will not be obtained,Hotcoin platform reserves the rights to track & withdraw all rewards released while related illegal acts of users should be held liable under the law as the case may be .
2．All contents sharing to others by users should adopt the standard sharing methods & contents offered by Hotcoin platform, the shared contents shall not be designed or tampered without authorization, once the sharing behavior of contents tampering or misleading is found,users are disqulified to take part in the activity and obtain rewards while their related illegal acts should be held liable under the law as the case may be .
3. The platform reserves the right to cancel participation qualification of “Friend invitation activity “and all rewards of the inviter immediately , as well as the right to trace & withdraw the released rewards and investigate the legal responsibility if any below circumstance is occurred：
(1) Inviters did not use the standard sharing methods and contents provided by Hotcoin platform；
(2) Inviter uses illegal or improper means in the process of invitation；
(3) The inviter is convicted with unjust enrichment；
(4) Propaganda of inviter against the rules，like behaviors of posting unauthorized advertisements；
(5) Any behaviors of inviter that causes the platform economic loss, reputation impact, customer complaints；
(6) Any behaviors of inviters recommend false user registration, or the stolen identity information of others for registration；
(7) Fake transactions or mailicious vandalism of the activity incurred by recommended users of inviter being found by the platform；
(8) Inviter participates in the activity by using any robot softwares, web spider,web crawler, click farming softwares or scripts, Trojan horse imserted or any other automatic programs or improper means；
(9) Inviter uses similar IP / equipment to recommend with batch registration or transaction；
(10) Inviters publish rebate information to sedure others to participate in the activities through the channels of the prize click-farm platforms or groups, including making false promises to your invitee friends and carrying out behaviors similar to pyramid schemes；
(11) The invited users have essential problems in batches, or the invited users have short-term investment arbitrage in batches；
(12) Any behaviors of inviter that violates the principles of good faith, public orders and good customs, fairness and justice；
(13) Other behaviors of inviters in violation of relevant laws & regulations.
