About WHO
WHO is a settlement token built on the WHO System Platform, designed to facilitate seamless exchange and settlement within the ecosystem. It serves as the core transactional currency powering all user activities across the WHO network.

Event Rules:

Participants must complete their registration on the Hotcoin platform and pass KYC verification in order to receive the double airdrop rewards.

Participants must register on Hotcoin and complete KYC verification.

The system will take daily snapshots (UTC+8) of users’ holdings. Holdings maintained for 24 consecutive hours within a natural day will be counted as valid.

For consecutive holding days, the system will record the minimum token amount held continuously.

The total reward pool is 60,000 WHO, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of eligibility.

Holdings may consist of USDT or an equivalent amount of WHO, calculated at a fixed rate of 1 WHO = 2 USDT (e.g., 100 USDT = 50 WHO).

Airdrop rewards will be distributed to users’ Hotcoin accounts within 7 working days after the event ends.

The system will screen for irregular or abusive behavior. Users with overlapping devices, IP addresses, multiple accounts, or high-frequency operations will be disqualified.

Any form of cheating or rule violation will result in loss of eligibility and may affect account security.
