Winners of physical prizes will be notified via in-app message, email, or their agent. They must contact customer support within 10 working days to claim. Items unclaimed within 30 days after the event will be considered forfeited.

Users must check in consecutively to unlock higher rewards. Missing a day resets the count and rewards will be based on the longest streak.
