Participation Notes

1. Long-Term Program & Quarterly Rotation
   1. Trader House slots are not permanent and follow a dynamic rotation system:
      • Evaluation Cycle: Once every quarter (90 days)
      • Rotation: Existing residents may renew based on performance; new winners fill open slots
2. Exit & Elimination Conditions
     Participants will lose eligibility if:
   1. Risk Breach: Account drawdown exceeds preset limits
   2. Declining Activity: Significant drop in trading or copy trading performance
   3. Violation: Breach of the Hotcoin Exclusive Trader Agreement
3. Visa, Travel & Accommodation
   1. Covered Expenses: Accommodation, workspace, meals, and initial visa application fee
   2. Visa Support: Assistance provided; participants must supply required documents (e.g., passport)
   3. Visa Renewal: Extension costs are borne by the participant (local assistance provided)
   4. Requirements: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months; comply with local laws and regulations
4. Rules & Compliance
   1. No Cheating: Strictly prohibited: hedging, wash trading, or using linked accounts. Violations result in disqualification and permanent ban
   2. Data Source: All rankings are based on official Hotcoin backend data
   3. Final Interpretation: All rights of interpretation belong to Hotcoin
