We hereby provide the following recovery instructions for users who have deposited to a wrong address or deposited wrong coins:

1.Deposit to a Non-Hotcoin.top address:

If you have deposited to a Non-Hotcoin.top address, Hotcoin.top is unable to help you retrieving the coins.

2.The deposit amount is less than the minimum:

Since it costs lots of time and human resources to process a large number of small-amount deposits, any deposit with an amount less than the minimum deposit amount specified by Hotcoin.top will not be credited and cannot be retrieved.

3．Top-up Currency A to the address of Currency B on Hotcoin.top (e.g., Top-up BTC to BCH address on Hotcoin.top ):

Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Recovery of Wrong Deposits + UID” and provide your UID, Top-up Currencies, amount, Top-up address of currencies, blockchain transaction ID and detailed descriptions in the email. We will submit your request to our technical team for recovery solutions.
