How to modify login password / asset password?

(1) Reset Login Password

1. Web Client:                                                                                                                                           ① Access to the Hotcoin web page，click on the login button of the upper right corner , then selecting “ Forget Password” option.

② Enter the account that requires to retrieve the password，click on the next step option after the verification is passed；

③ Obtain the verification code and fill in the blanks, click on the confirm button;

④ Fill in the new password、confirm password，and click to submit it；

⑤ Prompting the modification is success ;

⑥ Login status of the account — Selecting Account Security Option, find out the Login Password option, click  on it to reset the password;

 ⑦ User can modify or reset login password through the Mailbox/ Mobile No. binding with the user account according to the promptings;

（2） Modify The Asset Password

Attention: Uses have to operate the reset password process on the web client if they had forgotten the original asset passwords.

1. Web Client:

① Modify asset passwords on the web client：Login Account—Selecting The Account Security Option—Modify The Password；

② Entering the original password, and the new passwords you’re going to reset, confirm the new password, and  click on the Confirm Modification button ;

2. Mobile Phone APP Client ( In situation of user still remember the original Asset Password)

① Modify Asset Password On App Client：Login Account—Click On The Account Icon；

② Click On the“Security Center” Option，Selecting the asset password button；

③ Entering the modification informtion according step by step, click on the confirmation button after the modification；

Please click on the retrieve password button to continue the operation If you had forgot the original asset password, please click on the confirm button after filling out the relevant information.
