How to deal with the transaction disputes?

After the seller click on the [ Mark As Payment Done] button, both parties can submit the applications to process conflicts if any disputes occurred.
After the establishment of each transaction orders, the same amount of digital currency in seller's account will be locked until the transaction is cancelled or completed. Sellers can cancel the trading before buyers click on the [Mark as payment has been done] button. Cancellation of the transaction requires the consent from buyer, which is in case of buyer is making transfer or the transfer has been done.
After the entrusted tokens has been releasing by seller, (i.e. after the clicking of [ Release Token ] button) , will default the operation as the transaction has been completed.
If buyer didn’t click on the [ Mark As Payment Done] button before the deadline of the transaction, system will be automatically cancel the transaction, and OTC customer service will give back the entrusted tokens to seller. If there will not be enough time for transfer the payment, please click on the [ Prolong Order Validity Period ] .
