Rewards will be issued as Futures Experience Bonuses and credited to your Hotcoin account within 7 working days after the event ends.

Winners of physical prizes will be notified via in-app message, email, or through their agent. Winners must contact online customer service within 10 working days of confirmation to claim their prize.

Physical prizes not claimed within 30 days after the event ends will be considered forfeited. The platform will not be responsible for unclaimed prizes.

Users who engage in cheating — including duplicate accounts, matched trading, high-frequency trading, or wash trading — will be disqualified. Severe violations may result in account suspension.
