What should I do if I can't receive the email or SMS verification code?

Whenever you make certain transactions or update your settings on Hotcoin, we’ll send you a verification code by email or SMS. This is to make sure it’s really you and to keep your account secure.
If you’re not receiving the code, here are a few things to check and how you can fix it.
1、 Can’t Receive Verification Emails?
i.Make sure you've registered your Hotcoin account using the correct email address.
ii.Make sure you've clicked the "Send" button. After clicking "Send", a countdown will appear and each code is valid for 5 minutes, so try not to request too many in a short time.
iii.Network delays can cause email delivery issues. Try refreshing your inbox or resend the code.
Note: If you’re using a work or company email, it may have strict filters or blocks. We suggest using a personal email address to avoid missing messages.
iv. Your inbox might be full. If there isn’t enough space, you won’t be able to receive new emails. Try deleting some to free up room.
v. Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, our emails get filtered by mistake. Adding "[email protected]" to your safe sender list can help make sure emails go to your main inbox.

Each verification code sent by email is valid for 5 minutes.
If you’ve requested the code multiple times, make sure to use the most recent one in your inbox.
2、无法接收短信验证码 Can't Receive SMS Verification Code?
i. Make sure you've clicked the "Send" button. After clicking "Send", a countdown will appear and each code is valid for 10 minutes, so try not to request too many in a short time.
ii. Make sure your phone has a good signal. If you're not receiving the SMS code, it could be due to issues with your mobile carrier or network congestion. Try tapping "Send" again after a while, or reach out to our support team for help.
iii. If you have certain security apps installed on your phone, they might block text messages from unknown senders. We recommend temporarily disabling these features and then clicking the "Send" button again.
iv. Try restarting your phone and logging back into Hotcoin to give it another shot.
Other factors, such as low phone balance, full storage, or frequent requests for SMS verification codes, may prevent you from receiving our messages. Please address these issues before retrying.
