Dual Investment Service Agreement

Hotcoin

Hotcoin offers the Dual Investment service, which allows users to earn returns on their idle digital assets.
Assets subscribed to Dual Investment may be used to support options trading and other related businesses for users in eligible jurisdictions.
By using the Dual Investment service, you unconditionally authorize Hotcoin to use the subscribed assets and allocate related returns in accordance with the platform's rules.
When using the Dual Investment service, you shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and ensure that the source of your assets is lawful and compliant.
You acknowledge and fully understand the risks associated with digital asset investments and should participate prudently based on your own financial circumstances and risk tolerance.
You agree that all investment activities conducted on the Hotcoin platform reflect your genuine investment intentions, and you unconditionally accept the potential risks and returns arising from your investment decisions.
Hotcoin reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Dual Investment service at any time when deemed necessary.
Due to network delays, computer system failures, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances, the execution of the Dual Investment service may be delayed, suspended, interrupted, or deviate from expectations. While Hotcoin will make reasonable efforts to ensure the stable and effective operation of the service, it does not guarantee uninterrupted performance and shall not be liable for any differences between actual results and user expectations resulting from the above factors.
